Who can use eMurmur?

Any person or organization in healthcare who either performs or is a stakeholder in auscultation.

What do I need to use eMurmur?

Our eMurmur app runs on a mobile device and an electronic stethoscope.

Which electronic stethoscopes are supported by eMurmur?

Our partnering program supports most high end models currently available on the market. Contact us at support@csdlabs.com for enquiries regarding specific models and technical requirements.

Can I download eMurmur from the app store?

eMurmur is currently not being distributed through the app store. Interested in getting eMurmur, contact us at sales@emurmur.com.

Does eMurmur work for heart and lung sounds?

The eMurmur analytical engine - SADIE - works for heart sounds only. All other eMurmur packages (including recording, secure data storage and management) are available for heart and lung sounds.

Can I use eMurmur for electronic documentation only?

Yes. eMurmur comes in packages that can be tailored to your needs.

Is eMurmur secure?

Yes. At CSD Labs we take security very seriously. Please see our Security Policy for details.

Where does eMurmur store patient data?

All data acquired via eMurmur is securely stored on a HIPAA-compliant cloud server.

Can I integrate eMurmur data into an EHR?

Yes. eMurmur's backend was designed using the latest standards for data integration. Contact us at sales@emurmur.com for details.

Is eMurmur HIPAA compliant?

Yes, eMurmur complies with all the HIPAA security and privacy regulations.

Is eMurmur FDA approved?

Not yet; eMurmur is currently awaiting FDA approval. Contact us if you wish to join the growing list of organizations requesting early access to the technology.
